We’re planting seeds of nourishment and community: join us Saturday, April 5th from 11:30am – 1:30pm at the Collective Roots Community Garden in East Palo Alto, for our Farewell to the Garden Celebration!
Fresh Approach's Collective Roots Community Garden is moving! Come join us for a meal to celebrate memories and say farewell to this garden space.
Don’t forget: All East Palo Alto, Belle Haven, and North Fair Oaks residents in attendance will receive vouchers towards purchasing fruits & veggies at participating farmers’ markets!

How to get to Collective Roots Community Garden:
- Folks can find us at 1785 Woodland Ave, East Palo Alto, CA 94303.
- Parking is extremely limited at the garden itself, but it is free and plentiful just a 2-3 minute walk from the garden on Newell Rd and Hamilton Ave in Palo Alto.
